Grace Filled Marriage (Mark & Naomi Oosting // Fellowship Hall) thru October 15 9:30am
In preparation for the Marriage Getaway on October 21st, 2023, we will begin our time together during the Adult Education Hour. We are blessed to work together as couples, singles and church community through a video series by Tim Kimmel. This study explores a radical hypothesis: Most marriages don’t fail because they lack love; they fail because they lack grace. We will watch four of the videos starting on September 24th and will conclude at the Marriage Getaway. Be sure to register by October 1, 2023. Cost is $25 per couple. $15 per single.
Staying the Course in a Turbulent World (John Gallo // Fellowship Hall) October 22 thru December 3 9:30am
Christians can find it hard to live in today’s culture. Every day, believers confront opposing worldviews. The propagation of concepts such as “cancel culture”, “wokeism”, critical race theory, gender identity confusion, and other similar concepts are being pushed upon an increasingly ignorant public. Many Christians today lack the ability to discern the true nature of these issues, adhere to biblical principles, or otherwise communicate the truth with genuine affection. In this course, we will examine diverse topics such as gender identity, critical race theory, woke-ism, cancel culture, and utilize the Bible as a “toolbox” to equip us to engage others in a faithful and consistent manner.
2| Morning Worship |10:45am
Pastor Jeff will be preaching on Ephesians 1: 7-10 “Making All Things Right Again.”
Full redemption – a brand new life – is available to you, your neighbors, your family, children, and the world. But how? How is any of this possible, and what must I do to be redeemed? We continue the waterfall of amazing grace. Ephesians 1:7-10 – “Redemption is God’s Masterpiece.”
