“Prayer” with Dr. R.C. Sproul (Various Teachers // Fellowship Hall) now – August 31
As Christians, we are given the privilege and responsibility of communicating with the Creator and Sustainer of the universe. Yet many Christians neglect prayer. The subject of its importance and, oftentimes, neglect, has recently come up in various ways at Fairview Church. During the summer sessions, we will watch and discuss Dr. R.C. Sproul’s teaching that intimate communication with God is at the heart of our relationship to Him. In addition, we will spend some of the sessions engaging in group prayer together. Please join us at 9:30 am on Sunday mornings!

Today is the Sacrament of Baptism – Evelyn Grace Ann Kovalesky, daughter to Curt & Rebecca Kovalesky is being baptized today. We welcome Evelyn as a covenant Child. Brothers are CJ and Andrew; Grandparents are Tim & Angel Shepler; Great Grandparents are Dick & Grace Benzio.
3|Evening Worship | 6pm
Missions Teams Give Testimony – “The reason Jesus the son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8b). Tonight we welcome our mission teams to bear testimony to the spiritual and physical work from their mission trips.
7:00pm Hot Dog Roast! – Bring your own hot dogs or brats. There will be a big roaster to cook hot dogs over.
