SNOW CAMP 2024: Out of This World

A winter retreat for 6th-12th grade students.

Please note: your camper should be able to stay up until about midnight and find the camp nurse to take any maintenance medications at the appropriate times.

Economy Registration Pricing and Dates:

  • Regular Registration – $120 until December 31, 2023
  • Late Registration – $150 January 1 until January 19, 2024

Since our camp has grown and we want to utilize the Meetinghouse, the Guest House is available for housing.  The Guest House rooms sleep up to three (3) people (1 double and 2 twins), have a private bathroom, and linens and towels are provided.  These premium rooms are more expensive, so we have to charge more for them:

Guest House Pricing and Dates:

  • Regular Registration – $150 until December 31, 2023
  • Late Registration – $180 January 1 until January 19, 2024

The first fifty (50) campers from Ascension Presbytery churches/youth groups will receive an additional $10 off their registration.

Registration closes at midnight on January 19, 2024.

Note: Full payment is NOT required at the time of registration.

Purpose: Snow Camp’s purpose is to create a fun, exciting, and spiritually rewarding environment in which Youth will be challenged and encouraged to pursue and deepen their personal relationship with Jesus Christ in a distinctly Reformed tradition.

What to Bring: Watch, Bible, Notebook, Towel, Coat, Hat, Gloves, Boots, Lots of Extra Socks, Shoes for Indoor & Outdoor Games, Writing Utensils, Sleds, Outdoor Winter Wear, Flashlight, Sleeping Bag, Pillow, Toiletries, Shampoo and Snacks to share.

What not to Bring: Drugs, Alcohol, tobacco, Books, Electronics, Weapons, Lighters, Uninvited Wildlife.

Important Times: Snow Camp begins at 6:30pm on Friday, Feb 9th. Camp ends at 1pm, Sunday, February 11th.
