“Prayer” with Dr. R.C. Sproul (Various Teachers // Fellowship Hall) now – August 31

As Christians, we are given the privilege and responsibility of communicating with the Creator and Sustainer of the universe. Yet many Christians neglect prayer. The subject of its importance and, oftentimes, neglect, has recently come up in various ways at Fairview Church. During the summer sessions, we will watch and discuss Dr. R.C. Sproul’s teaching that intimate communication with God is at the heart of our relationship to Him. In addition, we will spend some of the sessions engaging in group prayer together. Please join us at 9:30 am on Sunday mornings!

 

2| Morning Worship |10:45am

Pastor Ric Raines is preaching from Colossians 1:9-14. “The Knowledge of God’s Will” It was not Pastor Ric’s will to spend 40 days in the hospital.  How do we know and accept the Will of God for our lives and our purpose in life.  Colossians 1:9-14 is about the “Knowledge of God’s Will” for us.  The Lord’s Supper is also about the will of God in our lives.
